I was born in Belgium and lived in France for 20 years, where I also owned and ran a restaurant. My love for baking comes from both of these beautiful food cultures, where fresh bread, buttery waffles, and delicate pastries are part of everyday life.

Today, I bring that experience and passion into every item I bake. From crisp French baguettes and fresh homemade bread to Belgian butter waffles and a variety of French and Belgian pastries, everything is made with care, quality ingredients, and a love for authentic flavor.

My goal is to share the warmth of European baking with you, one loaf, waffle, and pastry at a time.
